Who is Leoš Jiřele?

Leoš Jiřele, director of the SOLEA CZ manufacturing cooperative, initially made a living playing volleyball, then joined the family business, gradually worked through various positions, and eventually rose to lead the company. 

Especially over the past 10 years, he has embarked on a journey to find balance between freedom and responsibility. Last year, he received the Laskavec award from the Karel Janeček Foundation.
