What will you learn during the episode?

  • Reality or illusion: how the brain “invents” our reality and why it can sometimes be completely different than it seems?
  • The brain and the mystery of consciousness: why consciousness actually emerged and where we should look for it in the brain?
  • The illusion of time: what time really is and why it drags in childhood and sprints in adulthood?
  • Does it make sense: why our brain desperately needs to see meaning in what we do, and what happens when it stops seeing it?
