Ráda pomáhá projektům, které znají pravé příčiny problémů, hledají pro ně řešení, jsou zaměřené na výsledky a nebojí se sledování a měření dopadu. Zajímají ji alternativní modely organizace pracovních týmů, o jeden takový se koneckonců pokouší i ve své práci.
