Once a month, I have an open door on my calendar—and you’re invited.
It’s a space without an agenda or preparation. Come by if you want to discuss something, ask a question, share an experience that went well or didn’t, or just chat about whatever is currently on your mind in L&D.

No need to sign up in advance or have talking points ready. Just join in. If no one shows up, no worries—I’ll be here anyway. Think of it as office hours where you can drop by anytime.
