L&D community meeting in Frumoš gardens

We spend the whole year caring for others. We prepare programs, support colleagues in their development, put out fires, fine-tune, come up with ideas… And when autumn comes, we often run into it with an empty tank.
This year, let’s try something different.

Before everything kicks off, let’s meet at the end of August in the orchards of Frumoš, pause for a moment, and take care of ourselves too.
That’s why this time the theme of the informal gathering is Care. And since this topic is complex, we’ll approach it from three angles.

🍎 Caring for what grows – people from Frumoš will guide us through their orchards and show us how they care for the fruit and plants that later appear in our offices. (Spoiler: it takes more patience than it seems.)

🧠 Caring for the community – together we’ll take a moment to breathe, connect with others from the L&D community, and recharge with some energy and inspiration for the coming period.

💪 Caring for mind and body – physiotherapists from fpohybu will remind us that not only the mind but the body deserves attention (and that sitting in Teams calls isn’t exercise, even if our heart rate often spikes).

So what’s in store? Good company, a bit of nature, and some time for ourselves before we head into autumn care for our colleagues together.
