Learning path

Agility in the team

The goal of this learning path is to guide you through the basics of agility in an agile team and offer you practical skills so you can practice an agile way of working within your team at your company.

We’ll start with the key roles and then explain the principles of how an agile team operates. Agility is primarily about the ability to adapt to the constantly changing world around us, so a significant part of this path is dedicated to rituals and principles that will help you and your team respond to these changes. The cherry on top is an exploration of the topic of highly effective, strongly autonomous teams, which represent the highest goal in team-based agility.

Since agility is about experimenting and trying out new skills and approaches, don’t hesitate to experiment with the things you learn below and find what works best for your team.
