Leading yourself and others
Slow time, work, and decision-making lead to better results than quick reactions to events and stimuli as they come. When rushing, we make mistakes, fail to notice our surroundings, and can't distinguish between important and unimportant things. We won’t win a speed contest against machines.
We will talk about the concepts of chairos and chronos, about how walking slowly on the right path is better than running fast in the wrong direction.
We will show that focus, slowness, and thoroughness are not obstacles to performance, but quite the opposite.
What will we focus on?
Time cannot be stopped, shortened, or saved; we will show that moving slowly and thoughtfully allows us to go further and gain true wealth.
Why is this important?
How to work less and slowly, have time for yourself and your work, and discover and achieve important goals.
